Privacy policy

This policy says what FilingLens, run by Kura Notes LLC, keeps about you, why, and how to have it removed. We do not sell personal information, and we do not show advertising.
1. What we keep
- Your email address, to sign you in.
- Your name, if you add it.
- Your plan and its billing status. Card details are held by Stripe, never by us.
- Your recent searches, so you can find them again.
- The notes you write, and which team you are on.
- For visitors who are not signed in: a count of today's lookups, kept against a one-way scrambled form of the connection's address, never the address itself.
2. Who else handles it
Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email) process data for us under their own terms. The automated checks of public sources send only public source data to DeepSeek; your searches and notes are never sent to it.
3. How long
Until you delete it or your account. Erase your search history from Account at any time; deleting your account removes your profile, searches, notes and team membership. Stripe keeps past invoices as tax law requires.
4. Cookies
Only the ones the site needs to work: your sign-in session, a short-lived cookie during sign-in, and one that stops a search you already counted from being counted again. Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser.
